Future Fest will comprise a conference wrapped inside a festival with parallel tracks intersecting at key moments. At its heart, the conference will be inquisitive. The festival will be, by contrast, celebratory.

The conference will commence with a champagne reception, set against 'The Backs' and Cloisters at St John's College followed by a Gala Dinner in St John's Hall.

Cocktail Reception
A Sponsored Cocktail Reception for conference delegates will take place on the Wednesday evening after the first day of the conference. It will take place in the Fitzwilliam Museum which is wildly acknowledged as being one of the most beautiful in Europe.

Grande Finale
FutureFest will culminate in a Grand Finale with an open session for everyone who participated in the Festival. All participants at the Lectures, The Debates and visitors to The Exhibition of the Future will be issued with tickets to the event during their visit.
The Grande Finale will take place at the Conference venue in the Corn Exchange between 17:30 and 18:30 and comprise an Awards presentation for FutureFest Prize Winners, a closing Keynote delivery from a well known speaker and a summary and close from FutuerFest curator, Doug Richard.
